1. The Challenge

Tentbox are on a mission to bring instant adventure to the masses. As as leading manufacturer of durable, trusted roof tents, they came to us with a brief to improve their organic search performance and drive brand awareness in the London / South East region.

  • What are key channels that drive brand awareness and purchase?

We identified Meta Ads as one of the core channels driving brand awareness.

2. Our Strategy

We began with an in-depth audit of Tentbox combining data from Google, Meta, TikTok and SEO insights to quantify the size of the market. Here's what we did:

  • Conducted keyword research to identify over 2,000 search queries related to the core concept of 'roof tents'
  • Advised on content strategy (SEO) and adopted a creative approach to social media promotion.
  • A/B tested ad creatives based on the Problem-Solution framework favoured by D2C brands.

The inital campaign ran with a ROAS target of 4.5 to ensure profitability.

Our research confirmed that core demand for 'roof tents' has been growing YoY each season.

3. The Results

Within just 35 days, our campaigns reached over 120,000 prospective customers and delivered hundreds of incremental sales.

As a result of continued paid media investment, Tentbox are now an established market leader in their niche.
